Errors

Failed Phone Location Verification v2 requests return status: "failed" and a message describing the failure.

HTTP status	Meaning	Common causes
400	Request timeout or upstream access failure	The location request could not be completed in time.
401	Authentication failed	Missing or invalid credentials, timestamp, or signature.
403	Forbidden	The merchant or channel is not enabled for Phone Location Verification.
422	Validation failed	Missing or invalid request fields, incompatible location fields, or unsupported operator.
500	Processing failed	The operator request could not be processed.
503	Maintenance	The service is temporarily unavailable.

Validation messages can identify an invalid transaction_id, msisdn, location_type, check_type, location value, channel, or operator. Correct the request before retrying a 422 response.
