# Environments

User Verification v2 provides staging and production environments. The API
paths and request contract are the same in both environments.

| Production | `https://b2b-api.privy.id` |

Use staging for development and integration tests. Send live identity data only
to production after Privy enables your production credentials and channel.

Credentials and quota are environment-specific. Do not assume that staging
credentials, merchant keys, channel values, or quota balances are available in
production.
