# ID Card Forgery v1

ID Card Forgery v1 inspects a submitted ID-card image for signs of digital
manipulation. It returns a forgery indicator that can support a digital
certificate issuance workflow.

This result does not independently verify the cardholder's identity, decide
issuance eligibility, or issue a digital certificate.

## Endpoint

`POST /api/v1/inspect`

Use a clear JPEG, JPG, or PNG image of the ID card. The API evaluates whether
the image is flagged for Photoshop-style or AI-generated manipulation.
